The ink is regular blue ink- with no shimmer and no shades to it.

The ink looks spectacular. The ink swatch marvellously shows the red/purple sheen, golden shimmer and the teal ink with shades. The sheen is also visible in the writing done with a Twsbi Eco Medium nib pen on Explorer pocket- Tomoe River paper. An allrounder ink to witness shading, shimmer and sheen together.
